Lionel first began to record himself out of his home in Wahiawa, Hawaii around 2012.
In the summer of 2018, Lawrence Castro and Wylan Cabuag (The Bolo Heads) joined Lionel in the studio for a few days, and what started out as fooling around and yelling obscenities into microphones, morphed into a musical project under the moniker, ‘Lionel Boy‘.
